I am not able to set unpublished as the default.

I do not know if this is an error in Cook.

Here is what I did:

I set unpublished as required with default value zero, however it did not work.

I have only one project, it contains one table "Prayers"

In the "Prayers" Table in the "publish field" I set:

Required = checked
Default Value = 0
Edit Check = 0

But it doesn't work. All records I create are published. I know this because: Every user can still view all entries by other users.

Same trouble for me, setting 0 as default doesn't work.

Also, if I clic on "Unpublished" button and save, I have a Warning - Invalid field: Published.

Thanks for help

Did you tried to remove the field validator ? It is not necessary, but instancied per default because Published is an integer.

The first problem is fixed.
The second is linked to the validation that should not occur.

I removed the validator.
But every user can still see every other user.

I have been trying to do this for weeks.
Please just tell me how to do it with a fork.

I have only one table.
How do I change the query that displays that table in the grid, so that the user can only see their own records?

Please tell me how to access the query and how to bring the current user-id into that query.

Your Publish wizard was not good instancied.
Was it old ?

Because when I recreated it it has worked.
The way it create its link with the field has changed, but long time ago. I am surprised.
For the moment I cannot see the problem clearly, but it has happened already that we need to recreate the link between wizard and field.

I have downloaded your project, tested and it works now.
