You should provide Builder version being used Joomla version you are building for Exactly what error message pops up And for admin to offer personal assistance What project is causing the issue

I have work with J cook a lot of time, I am consider me normal user.

Builder version being used: all version
Joomla version you are building for: all version
Exactly what error message pops up: Only appear cancel Button in the Egg when I click on download component

All proyect, new and alder proyect

If I use Firebug, appear this:

Using J-cook latest stable 2.7 Joomla 3.2 Download component option only comes up with a cancel button. I have active account to November 2015. Sandbox works Download Dataset works I was working with this earlier in the day yesterday NZ time and it was all fine. Any help appreciated...
