I need to make a component accessible from the front end, and will only access to users logged in Joomla component. I need each user to see only their records, and that only can change your records. How I can do?
	if you can imagine, why not do you? The administrator has disabled public write access.

You must instance the author wizard. + You must use the publish wizard with published = false by default. Doing this the items created will be hidden. But if you combine with core.edit.own, core.view.own, then the authors can view and edit only their own records. Simple as that.
