A while ago I was looking for this I found JS library for this - Signature Pad: github.com/szimek/signature_pad But I didn't have time for trying to work on this with J-Cook.... It would be nice if this would be added to J-Cook +1 another library: www.unbolt.net/jSignature/ p.s. BreezingForms support this if this would be any help
