Hi, I started to create a new component today and when I went to test it in the sandbox there is no "Components - drop down menu item" displaying therefore I can't test my component out in the sandbox. Any idea why this might have happened? Is it a known issue? Is it local to my project or is it system wide? My project is called DriveIT.

Cheers Cefnllys

Yes, I am processing an upgrade on the sandboxes.
JDom is now a plugin per default.

I thought it was easy and I migrated, but I can see some issues right now I am fixing.
Sorry for inconveniency...

What happen when you download ?
Is JDom plugin installing ?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I haven't tried to download yet as I was still in the process of setting up my component and wanted to try a few different ways of linking my foreign keys together. As for the JDom plugin, How do I check if it is installing?

thanks

It says it to you at the install. (not in the sandbox)

You can check :
- in the plugin manager (or extensions manager)
- your component does not have 'dom' directory
- your package contains 'extensions' directory

You can put all extensions you want in the extension directory.

I will explain it better very soon.
