Hi,
I cannot reset the filter content by using the "x" button.
Firebug reports:
TypeError: Joomla.resetFilters is not a function

If I try on Sanbox, it works.

Can you, please, help me on this?
Thanks and regards

Joomla.resetFilters is furnished by JDom.

It is localized in dom/assets/joomla/joomla.js
This asset should be loaded automatically when you use the search control.

Can you tell me wich PTL ? (Project / Table / Layout)
So I will check...

Is it failling in others pages or only in one particular page of your component ?
Did you tried to download the last release of JDom ?
Coding is now a piece of cake

I just have checked and it works for me on fresh install 3.3.1

You must check that this joomla.js is correctly loaded in the page.
Open the developper tools and check this source.
inside the file, you can see that Joomla.resetFilters() is a new fuction that overloads the Joomla core class.

Maybe the native class file is loaded after It could be the only reason for it not to work.
Can you give me clue of what you find after checking the JS sources ?

Hi,
I am using Joomla 2.5.
joomla.js is loaded on the page.
Another information: when I activate the search button, the console reports:
ReferenceError: Joomla is not defined
referring to joomla.js line 1.
