I was testing a new build when I got a huge error when uploading an incorrect file type.. this was a full screen, break out of template nasty error

I also got this with a vanilla component (no forks or alterations) when deliberately u;loading the wrong file type

I was not able to test in sandbox on jcook as I am stuck on backing up dataset and cannot build the application there.



Obviously, a little tooltip or just standard error would be better

This is fixed already. (Last weeks)
