HI
just wondering
Grid alias
i rename an amin grid alias
- then in sand box i get an error 500 an it indicates Layout default_items_"newgridname" not found
- i remove the newgridname from the grid alias property box
- runs fine in sandbox
- i have tried to delete the grid and re-create
in the the new grid...
- i have renamed before putting any fields in the grid and saved
- i have renamed after putting fileds in grid and saved
- i have tried using name without any spaces or hyphens
it simply will not let me name the admin grid

i also had the same issue with admin filter bricks
- i can not rename the existing filter brick otherwise i get the same error 500 "newfilterbrickname" not found

But i can delete and recreate the admin filter brick
- rename the new filter brick before running in sand box
- in sandbox it works after deleting and re-creating and renaming the filter brick

i also have a problem where there is a number of files with the same name in the downloaded package in this directory - (it installs fine)
only found out because i extracted the files to include some default sql data
when i extracted the archive software complained that there was duplicates "do i want to over write"

packagename/admin/models/fields/modal/"duplicatefilename".php

there is only one file shown for these duplicates in the files view in cook environment

the number of duplicates appears to match the number of layouts created for each table that has a filter
(is this not the filter directory?)
locally (away from the cook environment) when adding additional files to the downloaded package the archive software complains about duplicates in the above directory and will not re-create until the duplicates are removed

Also found that the options when creating menu link causes a constatnt refresh when trying to select the view to be displayed using the filter
the problem i am having is i think the same as this link below - you mention in it that the filter no longer exists
could it be related to the filter not being able to be renamed without recreation
www.j-cook.pro/forum/18-closed-tickets/1...-iframe-in-loop#1025

I can also add that the ability to rename an filter by deleting and recreating it only works on the default view related to that table any additional views / layouts renaming by deleting the filter and recreating does not work and gives a error 500...
Thanks in advance
