Hello,

I have a pagination issue which seems to relate to session variables. When page is requested from a view of my component, it is set to all views. The Joomla! Debug console indicates that the state variable list.start is set the same to all views that have a filter. The state variable list.start is set OK for the views that do not have a filter set.

The real life problem encountered is to have an empty list of items in a view with less than 15 items (lets call this views A) if one has been visiting a other view (view B ) and has requested a different page there. In order to view again the listing of view A, one has to go back to view B and get it to show the first page.

Is there a fix for that?

Thanks

It is an old Joomla issue.

Well, In V2.0, there is already a lot of patches for Joomla issues.

I see what can I do.

Thank you for looking into my pagination problem.

I do have a more serious problem where I do not have any Add nor Save button. The code is not present either for those functions created when I generate the project. It does the same in the sandbox and when I download and install all of my components, be it in version 1.5 or in version 2.

You had mentionned earlier that version two would solve this. Do I have to do anything other than selecting version 2 as my engine?

Thanks,

You may can receive help from the Joomla Community, because I think it is a native bug.
