Is there an easy way to remove it?

Thank you for any idea...

In your template. Of course.

Good exercice to start reading and rewriting inside of your component.

I could put an option for that, but I prefer to limit this kind of option. The service must not be filled up with paramters everywhere. Cook do instance it, and if you want to remove, do it in the template.

You can also maybe rewrite in JDom, in order to hide it permenently when you are in front.
It is only a concept, but of course you can do it in JDom. (When I think about it, maybe not because you will still get the empty table cell)

I have rebuilded the my projects from the Scratch in 2.0 and there was no column "NUM" in any of my frontend views.

The strange thing is...

Yesterday evening i checked again in Sandbox my 3 Projects and now the column "NUM" is visible on all 3 project frontend views. I have changed nothing...

What happens here?

I think the adding of an option to enable/disable this column was helpfull for this problem.

When i remove it directly from the template, after every change of the component i had to modify the template again, right?

Yes, you're right...

Any custom mods to components will have to be merged into any new versions of it that you download.

So there is a chance you'll get it cleaner if you use only nulls. Default weight assignment is different than with bones (spherical instead of cylindrical influence), but you're already importing the weights.

Sorry, this has nothing to do with the thread. Please refrain from posting completely unrelated material as it just confuses matters.
