I would like to build a component using J-Cook to create a software that is a customer/asset management system for an electronics repair shop.

This is a broad overview of requirements and is not intended to be all inclusive of final product needed.
- The back end needs to restrict employees to access/change/delete data according to their job title. (I envision a table that allows end users to create their own custom job titles and assign rights/permission per job title)
- Capture electronic signatures as assets are being checked-in for service
- Take multiple pictures/videos of assets as they are being checked in per "service tag"
- When starting to intake a device for service, their must be a way to do a quick search for existing customer (phone, email, etc) to avoid duplications. (duplicates found of key items must warn before proceeding in the creation of a new customer)
- New customer creation then goes directly into service tag creation.
- Read "QR Code" data from driver licenses to fill in customer data automatically during customer creation or updating. (Like this example: www.dynamsoft.com/codepool/javascript-dr...ense-pdf417-web.html)
- Existing customer found has option of editing customer or create a new service tag request.
- Have a customer portal that allows them to see the status/notices of their repair by entering their "service tag number or phone number on file"
- Have a way to automatically send out SMS/email messages with "canned messages" when repair status changes ("canned messages" have to be customizable by employees with proper permissions to do so)
- Create reports with different criteria such as sort by status of repair, number of repairs per day/week/month/year, open repairs by technician, etc...
- J-Cook Component needs to take on the same theme/colors as the rest of the Joomla website it is installed on
- Database must run local to the Joomla instance and an automatic backup of database must be sent nightly to a web-based repository for later import/use

I'd like to start right away on this if you feel that you have the right qualifications to complete this job properly. Please have examples of your previous J-Cook work. If this is your first project, then I will consider working with you, but you have to prove that you can get key items of this project working such as electronic signature and QR Code translation.
