Because you must define an
form item layout, in the same
client side (
front / back) than your
collection layout.
To create a
FORM layout :
- Click the + button in the layout management.
- Choose item layout (in the same client - front / back)
- If you choose a front layout, there is no form by default
- Drop a form brick in your layout.
