I tried to open another topic

I have added "Save & New" button my form on Frontend Page at the Builder

I have rebuild the subject and run in sandbox afterwards.....


But when I open the Site to add new data.. only the default buttons are available which are
Save | Apply | Cancel

but
Save and New

is not shown...
any suggestion what to do?

Are you building under Cook version 2.0??
Not 100% sure if save and new is available under Cook 1.5 versions
If you are building under 1.5 try a Cook 2.0 / Joomla 2.5 Build

Just Built a project under Cook 1.5 / Joomla 1.6 / 1.7/ 2.5
Looks Like save and New And Save to copy are only available in a Cook 2.0(beta) / Joomla 2.5 build

on cook 1.5
I can edit records on admin page without any problem


on cook 2.0
once I edit the the record and save ... the username becomes admin as default even if you change it to another user once you save it it will be admin by default

apply the changes before save and the values should stick
