I find MediaWiki and DokuWiki to be very good.

There's also a DocsWiki but I know nothing about it.
Online since 1996.

I think that tutorials are very good, and they are a good data base when you need to use them for anything in the work. More or less tutorials are al the time, a good way to move along into anything that;s new for you..i used to do photoshop tutorials, and not all the time i was able to use the photoshop at its capcacity. Well the tutorials were very good then to know how...

Although I found this tool some time ago I just started learning experimenting and building this first component on Monday and now on Thursday afternoon it's already online. Although I already had a working version done with another tool this is much easier to build and at the end you have the freedom to own your own component. Once you know how to use Cook you will boost your productivity as the learning curve is really moderate compared to many other tools.
