Have you been using the JS Debugger in FF whilst troubleshooting? Is it possible that you'd set a breakpoint in the debugger that was preventing it from proceeding through the JS that loads the UI or something? Maybe a JS conflict with a plugin you're using in your browser or something?

I know.....and it wouldn't.

But all of a sudden it finally did. Not sure what I did differently other than leave that browser window alone for a few minutes.

I am going to leave for church right now but I will check to see if it is running when I get back again. That will be the test.

thanks for your help.

Not necessarily... Your screenshots looked like it had not loaded properly. Thought it may have been some sort of JS conflict and you had inspected it during debugging it.

Double check FF is up-to-date and try disabling any unnecessary browser plugs if it persists.

In the meantime, glad you got it working!

All the best,

Gez

Close and reopen.

It is a timeout when the projects are big, and when many projects try to load at the same time.
I know this issue, but it still pass at the end.

you don't need to flush the cache.
When you flush the cache, what is good it that it closes all projects. So you can.
For me, when it happens, I close the tabs, and reopen one at a time. Whithout refreshing the builder.

Great! That makes sense...

The only thing that doesn't quite make sense is that this seems to be happening for her when she first arrives in the builder?

Thanks Jocelyn!

I check this soon.

Well, It seem to be a JS error as well.
Please, can you tell me when there is a javascript issue, it is more easy to find the problem.

Can you confirm me you have a JS ?

Hi again,

Sorry, I haven't experienced it myself - I was just trying to fill in the blanks from where I left off helping whispiri earlier. I guess it must be a JS error and as I mentioned in my last post to her earlier, I suggested she used the console debugger in dev tools to pin-point exactly what is going on in the JS.

Hi guys,

I am back. Sorry, I was at church and kind of can't get out of it. I did see some of the messages in my blackberry though.

I just tried again to open the builder and it started doing the same thing on me. I tried re-booting my computer and still I had the same problem. I also took the C-Cleaner to my computer and I still had no luck. But I am going to try one more thing. I am going to log out and switch computers and give it a try.

Throw your computer by the window.
Reboot and try again.
I am joking.

No need to reboot. I can see you have a special error. I cannot open it me too.
At least your first project.
The second do not open. Strange. Was it big ?

I check this tomorrow I think.

LOL, believe me I am almost ready to through the computer out the window. Ha, Ha, Ha!

So I did log in with my back-up computer and still nothing. I did discard that first project - ensuremd - because I knew I probably had some programming errors in it. I was just getting used to this system.

But I am still am unable to open the other project - InsureExam1. As for size, i can't really tell you much. Flow plan had about 2 user related tables in it, a client table, and 1 main work order table with about 8 single field tables that link into the work order table. In all I guess that would be around 10 tables......If I could figure out how to condense some of it, I could convert or seven of those tables into just one. But when I do that, It errors on me.

I added a few searches parameters last night before retiring for the night. I hope that isn't what jammed the whole thing

Great UX great performance and definitely a time saver. It only took me 10 minutes of playing around before purchasing a subscription and right now I just want to throw more money at you! I just started a new project and after just 4h I can already tell it probably saved me several days of work. I'm building a wholesale ordering system with sales rep management. I have not looked at the code yet but so far: impressive.
