I just upgraded Joomla top 3.2.3 and now my Component created in J-Cook won't work properly. All Toolbox Actions fail, can't save, cancel etc.

In Chrome its telling me of an error in Toolbox.js
"Uncaught ReferenceError: Joomla is not defined "


I have now had to attempt a downgrade to get my site working again. Success after I downgraded all Admin, Libraries and Includes Folders. I am not sure which files from 3.2.3 caused the issue - but they would have been in these folders
