Late today, but still Monday !!! (23:53)

Today, the new feature is in the builder for autopopulating the bricks.

Filters / Grid / Form / Fly :
All those bricks are now filled by default with a maximum possible automations.
You was a lot to ask for that.

After a SQL Import, just create the views you want, the only thing you have to do is to give a name. Cook does all the rest for you.

Well, don't go too fast, because this is just given for preparing the pages. Then you have to verify, and to customize the properties, but at least, the basics are instanced.
Also, the automation only instance the first level for FK. And do not instance the N:m either. This you have to do it by yourself.

It is gonna make lot of people happy.
Coding is now a piece of cake

OMFG

Take it away.. do you realise how much time I would have saved if this had been around longer :-D

I think others should suffer as i have.. remove this functionality immediately! Let them go OLD SCHOOL, and only allow this functionality for people who have had accounts for over a year

On a more serious vein.. can I propose that you have a new 'grouping' label against table entries that will then generate seperate bricks / forms based on grouping

Also a tick box that says 'front end editting' which does a front end brick rather than a fly :-)

Other than that, well done!

I found "cook" two days ago. Played around with it for a day and then within a day got rid of two legacy applications in IBM Lotus Domino Notes and replaced them with "cook". It was really easy. A piece of cake. Actually it was even easier than cooking. Cooking involves more work than developing with "cook". What can I say about "cook"? Great application great price for what it delivers great forum with a lot of information and fast responses active and friendly community fast forward moving development cycle So what should I say "Monsieur Le Cook"? Keep the good work going it will lead to success. Having become a paying member in the words of Edith Piaf may I say ..... non rien de rien ... je ne regrette rien. Vive La France.
