Gotta ask Mr J-Cook Admin chap, who do you use for hosting? It is lightening fast at all times, and must be dealing with some major traffic.. dedicated server?

You've got to install a linux with all the softwares in.
Use their forum to understand.

And about security, remember that a virtual or dedicated server means also that you will have some monitoring and admin to do. If you've never did that, you should ask to a professional to do the job for you.

But this is all I can say here.

Oh I am a linux admin, so setting up linux is not an issue.. was just curious how you set yours up as I have never used a virtual service with instances before.
