Hello all

I have tried logging in to j-cook so that I can work on a project that I created a few weeks ago. When I try to get started I get the error: The builder is only compatible on Firefox 4 or higher

I am using a Mac with Firefox 19.0.2. I have tried using Chrome and Safari but niether work, same error.

What do I do to access the site?

Are you hiding your browser information either in the browser or firewall?

I'm using FF19.0.2 on snow leopard, quad core 2.8GHz MacPro with no issues. If I tighten security (Intego VirusBarrierX6) and set information hiding on then I would get the same error too.

I ended up rebooting my machine and its working. I should probably have tried that before posting. Thank you for your quick feedback though!

Since it worked after a reboot, I doubt it would have been caused as I described. That is, unless you have some different options to me like, having information hiding on for a session/until reboot. Mine would reboot with the current config I believe.
