I am unable to see the components drop down menu item in the back-end sandbox and in the front-end I cannot see my views in the menu on the right. Any idea why this could be? downloads are working fine on localhost.

1.6 had some problems recently.

You are not allowed to access this page. You can only use your personal components. is the error I get when I try to access J3.0 sandbox. Can't se my component there - tried to build several times.

this is the same error I get, this is with 2.5 and 3. It feels like a permission issue.

for version 2.5 I receive the following error:

Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: plgSystemDemo::$activeViewLevels in /home/cook/sites/www.j-cook.net/public_html/sandbox/cms25/administrator/components/com_demo9576/demo9576.php on line 43

I tried the same project with 3.0, it works correctly
