[FIXED] Can't Download or Run in Sandbox

I purchased the life time membership; however, when I try to download a project, I get a "please subscribe" message.

When I try to run a project in sandbox, I get a "Transaction error" in the Build Project phase.

I was working on it. It was a collateral damage after the 3.0.8 version.
(j-cook.pro/index.php/docs/versions/279-3-0-8)

Now it should works again.
