Website and Forum Display Issues 23 Nov 2016 08:59 #14726

Hi Chef,
I've noticed that this Forum has been playing up for me in the last few months. When writing topics, the line feeds are being ignored - so when typing - everything is on one line. I have to type in semi-blind - then use the Preview button to check my post. I guess this is an issue with the WYSIWYG editor. This is starting to get a bit frustrating now - as it takes longer to preview and check our posts.

Is this just me - or are others experiencing this too? (happens on Firefox and Chrome, Win10)

Talking about website updates, did you know that with Firefox, the User Login boxes are not formatted clearly ? See below...

For the textarea, I have no idea why it happens.

It is very frustrating I see. I use Chrome on mac, and I didn't knew this issue.
It comes from kunena forum since the new template, or maybe since the new Joomla upgrade.

I have to dig in that stuff, it is really wired.
I even don't know which CSS or which JS can be responsable of that.
Same with Chrome Win10 ?

Does anyone have an idea about that ?

For login issue, in css there is
#loginbox .controls {
    float: right;
    margin-right: 20px;
    margin-top: 5px;
}
Replace margin-right to 10 px seems ok.

Awards for the best Joomla app. This product is gonna win an award for this amazing job. Cook Self Service is the the best application from all over the Joomla universe ! It brings Joomla to a professional level really advanced for developers. It is a real fun to develop with it. The ACL part and security checks implementation are just... so much hours saved. I can now concentrate myself more on the design part and the creative works. Thank you so much. Guys I offer you all my congratulation ! Keep up the works because Joomla is needing it to increase the quality of extensions availables on the JED. I also learned a lot because I can see how to code at the proper place and I found all my answers reading the forum.
