Mime type now seems to be enforced HOWEVER the error message is still majorly invasive

It tales you to a full page error (in sandbox or personal site) that reads (proper error is at the end)
An error has occurred while processing your request.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
you have no access to this page

True...

This is because I am using the 'throw' method, and it is catched by Joomla.
Fixed. Tell me if you prefer it now....

The item controller now catches it and queue a simple warning message.
Coding is now a piece of cake
