[SOLVED] Use the same layout name of a deleted item 03 Nov 2011 02:14 #409

Hi, I trashed a backend collection layout named as "Subjects" because of an another bug I found sometimes (my last post about toolbar buttons) trying to solve my problem. After delete it I created a new one, but I can't use the same name, evem I have deleted the old layout. It is showing the message: "Please, choose a different name". Ok, I can change the name, but I need to use the same name!

I think that after remove a layout, we could reuse it's name in a new layout.

It is a JS issue. The object deleted is still present in objects.
Nice shot. Moved in Opened tickets.

Anderson

After you move to trash, did you empty it?

I don't recall to have the same issue, but this is really good thing to take care
