When a message is added to a textarea field in the table properties, it is not included in the models\forms xml files.
The tag msg-info is not present in fields with the cktextarea en ckeditor type.

WORKAROUND :

in your XML form, in the concerned textarea field :

msg-info="MY_LANG_STRING"
