Re: A list of problems... my happiness go away =( 07 Dec 2012 10:59 #5879

Great! It's always been my advice never to switch versions of cook although it can be done successfully - if and only if, no fields/wizards that have changed between versions. In particular, published fields have proven problematic!

Is your CSS loading ok?

Gez

Yeah... I think that should be in DOCs section.
I'm still having the problem of the css in sandbox...

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://sandbox.cms25.j-cook.pro/components/com_demo7143/css/jquery-ui-1.9.1.min.css"

But I realize that the deleted projects where gone from sandbox, thats good, maybe at the end of the day the server reset everything or something....

but today I see something weird

as the image shows... theres some doted line Why?? in config TODO is set to NO

and do you see the arrows? those spaces are "tables" I only have 1 front end layout , that happens when I use the v2.0 because in 1.5 it shows normally.

:S :S

@jcasanova

I am really sorry for all the issues you are facing.

TODO is always shown in sandbox. But, once you will have paid an account, you will not see them in download. Don't worry. It has been said many times.

(When you are coding, these TODO are nice when you have a lot of pages.)

Then, something about your behaviors here :
- One topic per problem. It is really problematic for me when half topic is closed. So when it occurs, I can decide to close half topic.
- Please do not post too much topics, and try to make some searches before. I can see it few times, and I can see double topics saying the same. This support is not a 24h answer. Sometimes it takes a long, but I try not to forget anybody. If after 5 days you do not have answer, you can Up the topic. No problem.

Not sure that this has been raised before (sorry if it has)

I have config settings set to not show the todo and scissors - but they are present in my downloaded component
- it only seems to happen if i use the maximum features option

JS - JQuery
Embedded - YES
Form Style - JDOM
FEATURES - MAXIMUM
TODO - NO

DB - MODEL
TIMEOUT - 20

Hi @BTB300,

I think you're extra testing on this appears to have isolated why/when this issue manifests itself so, THANKS!

It has been reported recently however, nobody had yet distinguished that it only appears in components when features = Maximum. This suggests to me that in there is some evaluation that omits the check for TODO in the case where Features is set to maximum and therefore, it is rendered regardless!

Thanks for that! Posting this to admin and moving this to the other TODO thread! ***EDIT*** the other post to this thread as it should be an open ticket. ***END EDIT***

Thanks again,

Gez

Hi,
This was still an issue a few days ago.

Paid account, yet TODO graphics are visible in the downloaded component.

Workaround by using FEATURES = JDOM Complete
instead of FEATURES = Maximum

Cheers

Project Config settings... 13 Jun 2013 19:53 #7468

Hello coders,

Inside my Project (DJProTotalControl) using the following "Config" settings :

JS Framework : JQuery
Embed Framework : No
Form style : Condensed
Features : Maximum
TODO : No

DB automatisms : Table
Timeout loading : Maximum 40 seconds

-- The problem --

TODO is NO but in my component i see the scissors !

At the tables section i have ordering the tables in my prefered view, but in the next login the sorting have gone away.

I have cleared the cache from Firefox but nothing happents.

Is something wrong with my Project or j-Cook have some bug in it ?

Hi first of all I'd like to say that J-Cook is a great tool - the best component builder I tried so far...
