creating my first component in J-cook.. a simple registration of interest form for school coursed and seen to have an issue displaying the field label in sandbox .. both admin and frontend (images attached)

I have tried to flush dataset, and rebuild the component several times.. however this doesn't help.

Also.. not sure if its related or not, but I have created views for several tables.. but its only showing the first one i made in admin.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?
