Hi

Just loaded a component to test in sandbox. When viewing the main page of the component I get this message: You are not allowed to access this page. You can only use your personal components.
Refreshed and the message is gone... Just thought I'd mention it. :-)

I have been using Cook for only a day now and it is the next best thing to Jagermeister. It is very easy to use and I see some of the greatest Joomla Components ever! coming from Cook users.
