Can this be added? I have tried to drag published over a combo box, but it wont have it.

Would be quite useful sometimes.

+1 - it would be awesome

I'm sure that this used to work when published fields where boolean as opposed to the new integer field that accounts for the different states - trashed and so on...

Discussed here too - j-cook.pro/forum/6-interface-online-gene...r-ui-inconsistencies

It was working before, when publish was a bool. Shame on me, now it is tricky to solve this.
Coding is now a piece of cake

Hi @admin,

Further to some other posts on the subject, I'm still experiencing some issues with filtering on Published fields.

Symptoms
Cannot drag a published field to combo filter

CONFIG
  1. Project: Project Man
  2. Template: Projects
  3. Layout: Projects (list)
  4. FF Version: 16.0.1
  5. OS: MacOSX 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard)
  6. Joomla Version: 2.5
  7. Environment: Sandbox & localhost
  8. Cook Version: 2.0
  9. JS: JQuery
  10. Form Style: Condensed
  11. Features: Maximum
  12. ToDo: No
  13. DB Automation: Model
  14. Timeout: 20 secs
Any news on a fix for this?

Many thanks!

Hi

I'm trying to filter on published by URL parameter like: &filter_published=1 like it's possible with other params, but I can't get it to work. Is that not possible???

Thanks

Edit: Got it working after reading www.j-cook.pro/forum/9-coding-inside-you...stom-field-date#3547 using that method

I jumped and started to work on a demo component... but 2 days later this demo component became the real component. I just showed today the end result to my customer and he turned to me and said... "this is more than I expected"... All of this is because Cook did cut about 70% of my work and provided me more ways to improve the usability of the component. The end result was 17 tables all related between than to generate a full dashboard for the travel agents. Thanks for Cook developers for such great tool. This component would not be possible to be done at short time with all the features in it
