In joomla 2.5 I cant find Directory images, to upload.

I read Files "management & accesses" but I cant find "Open the component configuration".

I loss a lot of time, please help me
if you can imagine, why not do you?

Ok, I found alone,in my user of joomla I havent permission to see this option,.
