Yes, you most certainly can change your password in the forum by editing your profile although I'm not necessarily sure that you should do... This password could then be changed by your new user and you'd be locked out. Also, having access with your new 'temp' password would mean that the developer would have access to do anything to your component in the builder.

Of course, I'm not suggesting that anything untoward will happen however, I would suggest as an alternative that you give him/her a copy of your downloaded component or allow him/her access to a development environment that you have (if any).

If not, is it possible to move projects to another account?

I can't even change my own username but I'm sure that @admin could probably help with that.

Regarding moving your project(s) to another account, I don't believe that is possible although I'm sure that admin will be able to clarify that. In exceptional circumstances, he may be able to do something to help.

Thanks for your answer. I expected that if it can be changed it should be possible only by administrator. Second option is to start with an new account and create all projects from the begin. There are not so much and most are not created with 2.0. Time needed to convert from 1.5 to 2.0 is probably longer then time needed to create it again.

It is better to ask me in private (contact form) to do that.

For few reasons, for the moment you cannot change.
Also because in the sandbox, the changes are active only AFTER the midnight flush.

If you open a new account, I can move your project easily for free.

Note : If you give your access to user users, be careful that they do not open it in the same time because there is not syncronization if a change is done by another user. So it can create important inconcistenties and break your project forever. Do not do that, or be careful that only one user is working on it.

But yes, It can be openned for READING only.

For the moment, Cook do not manage checking out for multi users.
I know it could be nice to lock on READ ONLY mode, but it don't.

Do it at your own risks, but after do not ask for support if something is broken in your project and won't generate.
