Error in Ckimagepicker with JCE Editor 21 May 2013 19:02 #7219

Hello I created a component with the parameters V2. Beta, JQuery, Exploded, Maximum and when I tried to assign a image with the image picker (Ckimagepicker) appeared an error.

NS_ERROR_FAILURE: Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIDOMHTMLInputElement.selectionStart]

JCE Editor version 2.3.2.4

Please help me to solve this problem.

This is not possible to do this in Joomla.

I encourage the use of the uploader.
Or to propose a fix in Joomla.

The problem is the way the returned field is populated and the impossibility to use for 2 different fields in the same page.
I am not up to date to this bug. Maybe it has been fixed since.

Also it could be great to be able to receive full custom possibilities.
Coding is now a piece of cake

I jumped and started to work on a demo component... but 2 days later this demo component became the real component. I just showed today the end result to my customer and he turned to me and said... "this is more than I expected"... All of this is because Cook did cut about 70% of my work and provided me more ways to improve the usability of the component. The end result was 17 tables all related between than to generate a full dashboard for the travel agents. Thanks for Cook developers for such great tool. This component would not be possible to be done at short time with all the features in it
