First of all I want to say that I'm really impressed by what I saw so far from the component builder  Great work!
During my initial component building experiment I have encountered many "slow down" while editing the component. For example, there's often a delay when I try to edit some text in input box. My changes still appears but it take some times like 2 to 5 seconds to see my changes. I also got a Chrome error saying that j-cook was not responding.
Is that a Chrome issue? What do you recommend to use the online-builder faster?
I can live with the slow down but it become a little annoying after a while.

I will try to update my Chrome version, maybe it could help... I will also try Firefox to see if it's better.

OK I will have a try next time slow downs appears. For now, after a reboot, I haven't seen the slow down occur :)

Welcome to the community.

Well, for how long have you been working on the generator ?
I think there is a problem of memeory in the conception of the javascript interface.
When you close a tab, the memory seems not to be released.

When it occurs, stop Chrome (same on firefox), and restart it after few minnutes.
Check your memory usage. You will see it increase a lot.

Sorry for that issue. It happens to me also sometimes. It means you spend lot of time on it and you have opened and closed many tabs.
Right ?
Does it helps you ?
Coding is now a piece of cake

Well the time I had serious slowdown was after I made a lot of experimenting with the builder. Now it's not happening as bad as it had, when it those I push the clear cache button (from a chrome extensions) and reload the page. After it run smoothly. :)
But I'm having a different issue when typing in input box, when I move cursor at beginning of the input and start typing, the first character is fine but the rest is added at the end of the input box. I haven't search about the issue yet, might be a local issue...

Time to create page: 0.068 seconds

Although I found this tool some time ago I just started learning experimenting and building this first component on Monday and now on Thursday afternoon it's already online. Although I already had a working version done with another tool this is much easier to build and at the end you have the freedom to own your own component. Once you know how to use Cook you will boost your productivity as the learning curve is really moderate compared to many other tools.
