Is there anyone out there with an active subscription that could reproduce my component so it could be downloaded. I am desperate. It seems that admin doesn’t support this application. I have a component ready to download for my website but I have paid double on my account for a subscription and they will not activate it. All emails and posts go unanswered. I need this to be operational by this coming week.

Or does anyone have any way to contact the administrator to activate my subscription? I am getting very frustrated. This has never happened before.
