I have been unable to use builder for the past few days. I am unable to build, view or download any projects despite having a valid subscription that will expire in September. I have contacted the admin but no reply as of yet.

That is strange. It's probably not the site as I'm using the builder right now. I would check to make sure you're up-to-date with your plug ins and stuff. Though, I don't know if it uses any plug-ins. LOL. I'm just speculating.

I do not understand your problem.
If it is persisting, try to clear your browser cache.
