I was wondering what the Data Types "Joomla Access" and "Joomla User" (under FK) will do in your logic, I looked through the documentation but i could not find any clarification.

hi Koenvdz,
you can use "Joomla User" to assign joomla user to record,
You can automatically assign user to record as author of record.

and control:

-if someone can see the record
-if someone can edit the record etc

If you want to know more
you should read about joomla ACL:
docs.joomla.org/Access_Control_List

www.google.pl/search?sourceid=chrome-psy...e%3Aj-cook.pro%20acl

btw there are some gimnastics if you want to gain access to records
to the group of users where author is in
and the author is in many gropus

This is what you call a component builder. I was able to master using this in a very short time and the resulting component works like a charm. Not just a basic component builder but a fully working component builder with forms fields tables all ready to go. You can make the list and item views to display in the front and back end. Also there is a great forum just starting to evolve and I'm sure this will grow very rapidly when you all realise how good this tool is.
