Hi, I need to extract CITY field from joomla user table, but when i search it in "My joomla user" field, it show me only the default parameters (username, password, mail, registration date, last visit date). How can i get it?

There is no city field in joomla user table. I think you're talking about the user_profile plugin fields, and this is not part of cook (yet).
