In form-view, I had to create the field sets manually with php Each Form should have a name for you to identify what form this editing. All fieldstes form, have the same name. Soory, I could not climb the images here.

You can drag and drop the fields on the designer. Do you want some custom code in your component? Maybe you can create a link to a screenshot somewhere so we can see what you are tryng to do.
