Empty grid wanted... 10 Jun 2018 10:08 #15581

Hello everybody,

I am back after a while so maybe I already ask this question "10" years ago... By the way, maybe i made a poor search into the forum content... So feel free to redirect me, if the answer is already somewhere.

Well, I have a table with many fields so when I create a page I get a grid filled with all the fields existing into the table. As I only want 5 of them,I have to delete all the unwanted fields one by one which is along process...

Is there a way to get an empty grid (or fly). So i could drag only the wanted fields ?

Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Fred

In facts there isn't any button for that.

Thank you for your answer.

By the way, I am surprised that nobody asked for it. It's not in the feature requests...

No work around ?

Fred

I jumped and started to work on a demo component... but 2 days later this demo component became the real component. I just showed today the end result to my customer and he turned to me and said... "this is more than I expected"... All of this is because Cook did cut about 70% of my work and provided me more ways to improve the usability of the component. The end result was 17 tables all related between than to generate a full dashboard for the travel agents. Thanks for Cook developers for such great tool. This component would not be possible to be done at short time with all the features in it
