Can you elaborate on how you see a 'Memo' Field type please? Are you referring to a new Cook Data Type in the Builder / Tables? You're probably aware that Cook has String, Text, and Rich Text Data Types.

G'day (Aussie True Blue here) The nic would give it away to any other Aussie???

I guess the only way I can describe a memo type field is a field similar to what you type your posts into on the forum via this site.

A field that is displayed in size that allows ease of text to be entered with multiple rows and lines. I've only just started using the application yesterday, I thought it might be a Rich Text Data Type, but due to problems I'm having in the build via sandbox I can't check to see if its what I'm after.

Hi,
That's Text if you just want Text without formatting, or Rich Text if you want to allow user to add formatting to their text.
String is only for one line fields

So it is not possible to have a field that is multiple lines like on a contact form where you type your message the field your typing into is more than one line?
