Every time I attempt this Cook service and then run the sandbox for front and back ends I receive Hello World and that is all.

I have created a Table with different integers, strings, etc.

and created a front and back end item and collections

some of them with grids with all of the strings, etc.

some with tool bars, etc.

I run sandbox and none of it shows up. Just the Hello World.

I checked your projects.

None of your tables fields exists. You must click to the save button to save the field name.

If any field is validated, the table doesn't exists.
And if the table doesn't exists, none of its related layouts are created.

If any layout is defined in your project, you get the "Hello world" empty example.

I saved the Table. Then rebuilt the project. Then went to Sandbox it and both admin and site loads a blank page.

You saved your tables. good I can see it.
Now, do the same with the fields within.
All your data fields from all your tables from all your projects are not saved.

Click the blue floppy disk icon on each line, or press the enter key when the focus is on 'Field label' or 'Field Name'.
