When a user from the frontend upload a jpg file, create a thumbnail and save it in a hidden folder.
I do not want to save it to a hidden folder,
I want the file can read any user.
I want the file is not hidden.
What I have to do?

I was accessing the file to view it in a browser, but not stored in the cache of android devices, recharge every time shows
if you can imagine, why not do you?

Great UX great performance and definitely a time saver. It only took me 10 minutes of playing around before purchasing a subscription and right now I just want to throw more money at you!
