When in creating/modify Pages of Layouts it would actually be helpful to have maybe as a Brick a "Static Text" element so that one could add static text to the layout. Of course this might lead on to many other types of elements that could be added to a Layout; i.e. Calendar, Modal Display, Popup fields. These are just ideas, suggestions to be discussed.

Yes, I had the same idea.

In future, you will be able to place easy customizable and translatable blocks of static texts (for administrator)
-> Also modules positions in your component. Means that any kind of module will be possible to include in your component.

Not for yet, but I already did this in the past. I need to implement in Cook. That's all...
