My project is particular large, so this may not be as "important" to a typical user, but as I create various layouts for various situations, I'm finding that I've forgotten details when I come back to them later.
Would it be possible to do one or all of these:
- Within the Title, Alias, Entry point configuration, have another freeform text field that the developer (me) could record notes or comments about the layout. Hopefully these could be included as comments in the generated code.
- In the Form and Fly brick properties, add an additional field titled "Developer comment" that would, again, be simple text that is stored with the view, and included in the generated code for later reference or reminder.
- For the Form and Fly bricks, have a draggable item to be used as "Custom HTML". The intent would be to be able to drag it to the Form/Fly, and be able to type text into it that is included in the generated code within a DIV or some container. An example might be intro text to the end user such as "Instructions for using this page properly", or development notes and reminders that could be later removed from the project altogether,
