The generated components are open source. You can use them for any use you want.
But the generator is not.
It is not our politic for the moment to open the source.

Actually, Cook is really huge (thousands of files) and interracts with third components associateds, so the portability is not in project. It was not written for this, but who knows ? Maybe in future.

The first page of our website precise very clearly that Cook is a commercial product, totaly free for the moment.

I want to precise that your generateds projects only integrate open source licenses and you don't need to pay any license to redistribute your project.

If special licenses are integrated in future it will be clearly precised with a BIG warning. For now, don't worry, everyting is GNU/GPL licence.

Just wanted to congratulate you on the J-Cook website / web development tool. In a couple of visits I've had a play around with Cook and have to say I think it is fantastic.  I've played with a number of component builders in the past and yours is certainly looking like the best so far. I'd also like to help you spread the word - I'm really surprised more people aren't excited about this tool. Good luck with the project.
