We just purchased 6months at 4,95, and i see the number of points change each time I download. Then there was something about a Poll result about how to pay for Cook. Your website says:

Is it "will" or is it "cannot"? I'm completely confused about how often I can download with the plan we purchased.

Don't worry, that's for non paying users... Free members used to be able to download projects up to 200pts but I believe this free access stopped in March.
