For me I think this is fixed already.

Can you open the concerned XML form file and tell me what is the value of the "format" property of the field.
If this property is empty, then here is your problem. Remove the property or set it as you want. But not empty.

If still not working, can you provide more informations ?
Do you have used unix format ?

Regenerate your component, and replace your models files.
...or fix it manually.

Set up the format in the XXXHelperDates::getSqlDate() call. You can see the array contains empty string. Here we are.
