Standard Install Joomla 3.3.6 install
From admin side select config button get a WSOD (white screen of death) otherwise known as blank page
seems to be coming from the default template...

administrator/templates/isis/css/template.css
line 3089

comment out display:none in the css and the config screen displays as expected

anyone else see this?? perhaps a Cook Component CSS override is needed?

Can you confirm the issue ?
Did you tried on fresh install ? Is it really cook messing up here ?

I know this local site has been patched / upgraded a few times along the way from 3.0 To 3.3.6 I Will test over weekend on fresh Joomla install and fresh component build to confirm
