is ACL works in components generated for Joomla 3+
I created a simple component with one table and I want only logged-in users to be able to add content to it
in Joomla 2.5 everything be configured,
Unfortunately for Joomla version 3 and later when I go to the "Options" there are no configuration options?

I checked on the sandbox and on my server, on several installations and on several versions of Joomla

I would be grateful for any information on what can be a problem
