I renewed my subscription and paid via Paypal but my subscription is still shown as Expired. Please help. Thank you.

Well after a couple weeks of hearing nothing and still not having my subscription renewed I put a claim against my credit card for a refund. After another week, today my subscription has been extended. So my conclusion is that J-Cook is still willing to take our money but apparently no longer willing to offer any support. Am I mistaken? I am trying to decide whether to re-code my apps or wait for J-Cook to provide support for Joomla 4.0.
